    Trying to get a Vin # for my TD Chevette. I need to send pix of the numbers on my lights, OK, can do.

    Need to have padded dash and visors,OK, can do. ( remove later)

    Need to apply as a ” ’65 or earlier ” to pass emission standard. Has anyone encountered this ? 

    The car has a ’79  motor with a canister and a Cat but no heated choke , (after market air filter.)

    So, how do you apply ?  NYS got’a love it !

    Got my VIN # waiting for a form in the mail so I can finely register and get on the road maybe 2 weeks.
