October 29, 2014 at 9:02 pm #259699Paul or Frankie,
Just checking which T series had the headlights molded into the fender. I think its a TF but couldn’t get to the photo gallery. Any progress on the photo gallery problem?

September 23, 2015 at 11:22 am #259706Steve,
What do you mean by “sending pictures”?Are you getting this error when you try to upload pictures? Or when you try to add them to a post?Paul Mossberg

September 23, 2015 at 4:46 pm #259707I left out the most important part!
I was trying to add them thru the “Photo Gallery” area by clicking the “Send us a picture of your car. we’ll post
it here“. hyper link.Amor Conquista Todo
September 23, 2015 at 5:25 pm #259708Didn’t even realize that link was there.
The “Frank” in the email link is Frank Devine. He created the site but has not been involved for quite some time. And obviously the frank at tdreplica dot com address is no longer acive.Easiest way to get pictures into the gallery is to upload the pictures to a post. As you do that, the pics get added to your gallery, even if you do not actually complete the post.To navigate the gallery itself, you need to know a user’s “number.”The gallery is here:https://tdreplica.com/gallery/browse.asp
Instructions
to find member id numbers is here:PMOSSBERG2015-09-23 17:27:43

September 23, 2015 at 8:36 pm #259709why doesn’t this site have a direct link for photo gallery ??? rather than all the walk arounds ?
September 23, 2015 at 9:23 pm #259710Scubasteve: to upload a picture, start at the TOP of the thread where you want to post it. Click on “Post Reply.” That opens a box you can type in.
Above that box are two rows of icons. On the top row near the middle is a tree in a box. Click that.It will open a new box, in the lower left corner of which will be a button marked “choose file.” Click that. And a new box will open, letting you navigate on your computer to the folder where the pic you want to upload is stored. Do that, click it, then click the “upload” button back at that second window. Rhe photo should–if it is not too big for this site–upload then. There is a panel in the open (second) box marked “preview” that is filled with gobledegook. It will fill with that pic.Click “OK” below that preview panel and the box will disappear, and the photo will be in your gallery, and on the thread where you posted it–or, anyway, it will appear on the thread as soon as you click the “post reply” button at the bottom of the first box that opened.Try it, it’s easy.September 23, 2015 at 11:35 pm #259711in posting from my page you have to click on that arrow thingy to begin the process thenclick on the tree icon
also make sure you have your cursor active or you will get a error message when you post then..its not bad it takes a bout 5 o6 steps if you are lucky .September 24, 2015 at 10:11 am #259712There’s lots of history behind it. But at some point Frank Devine had to upgrade the forum software. Some functionality broke when he did that.
Among the broken bits was the ability to directly upload pictures into your folder in the photo gallery.
The workaround is not bad, just add pictures to a post (which is basically follows the same steps you one would have gone through to upload directly to the gallery). If you don’t want to send the post, you can then just cancel it and the pics will be stored in your folder.Paul Mossberg
