    According to the Bentley Manual for my 71 Beetle with 4 drum brakes I should have “all cars with four wheel drum brakes have  residual pressure valves between the master cylinder outlets and the pressure lines. I’ve never heard of these Residual Pressure Valves. Anyway…Has anyone ever heard of these and does anyone sell these Residual Pressure Valves? Looks like I need to get either the valves or a new master cylinder.

    Most of the major VW retailers carry the values in question. CIP carries four different models
