Saturday Ride

    My Wife and I went on a 140 mile ride yesterday. 

It was in the high 80’s here in sunny S. Florida so couldn’t pass up a day like that as weather today is only going to be in the high 60″s with rain.  Went along with a couples group who have various types of motorcycles, one of which is my neighbors, which is a T-Rex and only goes 180.  Just a little faster than my VW TD, HA.  Don’t have any TD owners near here wish I did.  Went to lunch on the water at Lake Okoochobee then back home via back roads.  Got a good wind blown sun burn after 5 hours.

Thats right it has a 750 motorcycle engine in it any only wieghs 900 pounds.  Ron has had it up to 140 but not with my butt in it.  Only sits 4 inch off the ground, has two seats and is a bitch to get in and out of for and old fart like me.  Plus when he is in it his head is level with the top of my door on the TD.  Its a beauty.

Raise the T to the ceiling and park the TD under it!

It looks as if your laying down driving that thing. Do the seats swivel upright when driving.
