I don’t usually endorse products. But one of the Speedsters guys posted about
Surf City Garage ‘Speed Demon’ Wax Detailer http://www.surfcitygarage.com.
He was so enthusiastic, I bought it this morning (Walmart, $11.99). Used it this afternoon. Terrific stuff.
I haven’t done much other than “California Car Duster” the TD last couple years. Maybe, I washed it once. Haven’t waxed in even longer. After a half hour with the Speed Demon, the car looks fantastic! Nice shine. Even the suicidal bugs seemed to slide off the front end and grill.
Here’s the product description from Surf City:
Use Speed Demon on your dusty car and your jaw will drop. It???s not
magic, but using it is the closest you???ll get to being a magician. Spray
it on the surface, glass and chrome between wax sessions to keep your
car looking brilliant. Dusty car? Doesn???t matter. Dust particles are
suspended so they never touch the surface, ever. It gives your car a
brilliant shine, blocks contaminants and UV rays, has no buildup, no
streaks and lasts three times longer than other spray detailers (thanks
to high levels of #1 Carnauba wax). Take a deep breath, read that again,
and go impress your friends with Speed Demon.I’m done with Meguiar’s Quick Detailer.
Other comments from Speedster guys who tried it:
In a word WOW!

Thanks for posting this. I saw this product in Walmart also but hadn’t heard anything about it. Guess I’m going to get some tomorrow. Even if my TD isn’t finished yet.Allen Caron
