Hey gang,

Any Syracuse alumni out there?

As of this weekend, I became the father of soon to be Syracuse freshman, er freshwoman?

My lovely daughter Lauren accepted her offer of acceptance to the Syracuse University Newhouse School of Public Communications.

I’m sure over the next few years I’ll be spending some weekends in Syracuse NY. Perhaps a local meet-up will be possible!

I live an hour South of Syracuse.

I used to live up that way….over in the Berkshires. Great country, excellent town and Syracuse is a great school. Congratulations to Lauren and to dear old dad too!   Perhaps the Duchess will be making numerous runs between Bath PA and Syracuse me thinks! newkitman2012-04-30 10:04:37

I too have a freshman niece at syracuse university. [go orangemen]She is a cancer survivor and they have been more than accomidating .After a bone merral transplant she is cancer free.I spend every 4th of July on oniata lake just north of there.Thought about driving my car there this 4th

Hey Greg – See you at family weekend? I think it’s nice of the university to schedule such a big celebration just for my daughter’s birthday!

Paul,my neices name is Heather Buchan she and her parents are some of the nices people you will ever meet she has has a brother and 2 sisters.All good people
