    I set up two test IDs for our host provider to use to troubleshoot the private message and post error that some members are receiving.

    This is Paul.
     
    Both members that reported the error with the private message funtion said they are using Chrome 32.
    One also uses IE 10, but sees HTTP 500 general error: “The website cannot display this page.”
     
    In both cases the private message is actually sent.
