Trying to get registered in AZ

Since I’ve been home with Miss London, she’s given me fits now and then.  I had tried to get her to the emissions testing, which is required before titling and registering her in Arizona.  She seemed to be running just fine tonight, so maybe I’ll try again tomorrow.  I don’t have back-up lights, do you think that will be an issue?

I found out that I might be exempt from emissions testing, given that she has collector car insurance and is not a daily driver.
