I have a MIGI replica built on a 1969/70 VW pan. Does anyone have a ignition wiring diagram. A friend has one and is having a ignition problem . No spark

Thanks Bill. But those wiring diagrams are for the entire car. I was looking for a simple wiring diagram of the ignition system. Something showing the battery, coil, distributor etc.

good luck, however, this article is assuming a conventional distributor with points. A solid state distributor would usually have two wire leads that go to either side of the coil.  Regardless, Power to the coil goes from battery to ignition switch to coil. May or may not have a fuse in line, depending on the builder.
