    I recently was given this car by my in-laws. It belongs to my father-in-law who received it as a Christmas gift in the 80s. I don’t think he enjoyed it too much and was never very curious about it. All I know, it’s a 72 VW.

    I plan on keeping it and getting it drivable again.

    I’ve read through some of the different kit manufactures clues, but I’m still stumped. I think what throws me for a loop, if the original builder had one of those kits, why do I have these tube bumpers and no fog lights?
