Pudge with the red collar takes the seat ..and Sally actually likes the floor..They are good troopers ..We drove back from Roanoke Va last Dec -8 hours to Oak Island NC ..Sally on the floor and Pudge beside me on a cold December day

These videos got me inspired to get out today for a awesome zip around the island in just a T shirt ….65 degrees -sunny -the sun sparkling off mother ocean along Beach Drive. From the sound of her throaty exhaust the ol VW air cooled loved this weather too!

I have an ’86 LR with custom chassis etc with the weights in the front ..I toook off one weight in the front end.This lifted the front which stopped her from bottoming out and scrubbing the fenders when hitting dips in the pavement here on Oak Island. I asked about the replacements for the coil over shocks but didnt get any answere so… -

Sandy has departed our Cape Fear area – ..luckily we are a south facing beach on Oak Island so we didnt get the pounding the outerbanks did, just alot of wind and rain f r the past 24.
