    Hello everyone, This is my first post to any forum ever. My name is Mike and I have a good friend who has 1980s kit car Mgtd little Duchess kit car that he needs to sell. I told him I would try to help him with this. So I have tried to find my way on the internet as a good place to list the car and to also find out what he may be able to get for his car. The car is located in the northern suburbs of Chicago . If anyone has any sugestions it would be greatly appriciated.                   Thank youFishnic40457.8686689815

    You could list it here. I’d also try the Samba classifieds–they have a section for “other VW-related” where kit cars like ours can be found.

    Craigslist is where I bought mine–free listings with pics. Easy to use and lots of action.

    Then there’s always ebay.

    Make sure you take lots of pics and post all the information you can about the car–mileage, year of the donor car and engine, any new or recent parts, anything that’s needed or missing–everything you can think of.

    These VW-based cars tend to go for anywhere from about $2500 of a well-used one to maybe $5500 or more for a really fine example.
