My car currently has no wipers.  It is a Daytona MiGi 2, also called a Migette according to the lit.  The cowl, being front engined, is shorter than my MiGi (rear engine) and doesn’t have the dimples where the VW wipers mount.  In fact, the cowl is almost horizontal.  Does anyone know exactly how these were mounted?  Does anyone have a manual that I might be able to buy or copy.  I have printed the Fiberfab one and it differs in many areas.

dbrock, Looks like your car is a candidate to use the MG type wiper  mounted to the top of the windshield frame. See Deerebills gallery to check out how he did this. A streetrod  parts supplier can supply the parts. Without the dimples on the cowl , I don’t know how it would be possible to use the VW wiper system.

Moss has the wiper parts for sale. I’d skip the original-style repro motor at like $325 though. Hot rod and/or boat supply places can get you something very close for $30-$70.

RAIN-EX helps too…works better than the wipers in most cases.
