Hi everybody I’m trying to finish up the dash and am searching for a Classic Instruments oil pressure gauge to match the others in the car. I have a working VDO gauge in there now and also have a spare Dynamo gauge like the one in the picture. My dream situation would be to trade the two gauges I have for the oil pressure gauge to match the rest in my dash. Other wise if someone has the matching Classic Instruments oil pressure gauge they want to part with PM me with the details and we can go from there. Oh and the tach I have may also be available if all goes well. Thanks Craigo

egauges has those new. In my case though, I’m going with the VDO voltmeter in place of my non-working Amps (“Dynamo”) gauge from Classic Instruments. Easier hookup & arguably better functionality–though admittedly not as classic.

BTW, Craigo, what are you running that needs a 10k tach?!

Searching the samba classifieds there seem to be an assortment of gauges. I almost remember a couple CI instruments. Samba is good for an evening visit. Take your time sit back and enjoy.

Thanks for the tips. I’ve been scouring the mentioned sites for quite a while and the one I’m looking for never seems to pop up. So I figured I’d give the forum a shot, you never know who may have swaped stuff out to match, unlike my dash with the mismatched stuff.

The tach in my dash came with the car. I’m trying to keep the build cost down so looking for the crusty used stuff is just fine for me. Plus because the car isn’t show worthy and has more of a vintage vibe the old stuff is fine, I really just want it all to match.

Man after my own heart. Very hard to get just the right “patina” on stuff as you change it.
