There is a Chev. based front engine replica on the Phoenix craigslist. Looks like a Classic Roadster Duchess to me. $4000. Red with black top and interior. Worth looking in too if anyone is interested. Item 2479696163.

UPDATE:
I just spoke with the Phoenix, AZ owner of the VW based TD replica on Craigslist. He needs to sell as soon as possible. The couple just downsized to a two-car garage in a townhouse and doesn’t have room for this one.
He’s also lowered the price, hoping to spark a quicker sale, it is now at $4,300 and could be negotiable. He is motivated to sell. He is just around a few blocks from where I live if anyone wants me to take a closer look at it.
