Dear cherokee-auto-group,Sir, I currently own a Daytona MGTD replica almost exactly like yours. I have had it for 3 years when I gave it to myself as a 70th birthday present.
However yours, I believe, has the very rare folding windshield option.
I would very much appreciate it if you could send me a few high resolution photographs of the windshield mounting brackets. I would also appreciate a couple of shots with the windscreen folded down. I do believe they would also help you get top dollar for the car.
Thank you and good luck.

October 2, 2014 at 3:01 pm #261621No matter what you think of the dealer, that is one nice looking car. Did you notice that the screws attaching the inside door panels are exactly spaced? Great attention to detail there.
October 2, 2014 at 5:18 pm #261622I think the dash is almost as hideous as the salesman is boorish.
October 2, 2014 at 8:49 pm #261623Nod to the TC style, the dash is. But right: it’s not quite right.

October 3, 2014 at 6:02 pm #261625I’m with Dave and Ed on the dash layout. And just what is that in the center of those secondary gauges?

"Drive Happy"October 7, 2014 at 10:36 pm #261627Hey, now THAT’s an idea worth borrowing — my clock hasn’t worked in seven years. Now, if only I can find one of those and get my mechanic to install it and hook up a switch …
