I forgot how HOT it could get in a convertible! One of the WORST times I had was getting stuck in Chicago construction traffic last summer at 98 deg. I thought I would FRY! Really do need a top, even in the tropics!

Same here in the south. While driving with the top down its okay. But in traffic stopped at a traffic light, with the top down you really cook. That’s why a lot of folks locally drive their convertibles with the top up and windows down. Whats bad is the top down  with the windows up.  😮

Well guess what showed up today. My new gas tank AND the new hinges from MG Magic. I checked out the hinges and the hinge pins are nice and tight. It doesn’t look like the first car ever had  a top,not that you need one in L.V.  The red one would be better year round choice. But again, living in L.V. you wouldn’t need to use the top that often. I think these cars look nice with a top, even if it’s folded down. Both look like nice cars…
