How true that is! If it were about safety we’d never be allowed on the road.

Hi John,I have a 1952 Mg TD (London Roadster) replica. It is a pain to put in the key in the ignition since it is blocked by the steering wheel. Was it hard to have the ignition relocated to the dashboard? Thanks, MC

Hi everybody…. My “baby” runs great now.. Bought the car back to my mechanic, he fixed it, replaced the carburetor , cleaned the gunk in the gas, changed into an electronic ignition and some other things that I don’t understand, returned the 4 tires, and didn’t cost me anything extra (tire credit). Although, he had it in his shop for almost 2…[Read more]

Where I live in Western NY There seems to be a lot of buzz as to where to get your antique car inspected . Some places let things pass where others don’t . If I took my LR to a Chevy or Ford dealership there would be lots of problems . If I went to the corner repair shop it would pass . The problem would be if you are in the system as a failed…[Read more]

I found a pair of these at Carlisle years ago. My original lens’ had turned pink.http://www.mossmotors.com/Shop/ViewProducts.aspx?PlateIndexID=115610These have retained their color with no fade. Also, being a factory lens, reflector should not be an issue.

I’m thinking a FWD axle boot as a cover. The large end to fill the gap at the dash

I like the thinner shaft better too. It looks better than my old VW steering column. My old one looked bad and was a hastle to get the key in the ignition switch. I changed everything and im so glad I did.

Greg, the name of the stuff that you bought and where you got it from would be most helpful. Is it metal tape or vinyl/plastic? How do you apply to shaped (other than flat) objects. Also, I would appreciate it if you could post some pictures of what you used it on so successfully.
