I am towing my mgtd on a flatbed trailer 1200 miles and don’t know whether to cover the car with a car cover or leave it uncovered my concern is if covered would the cover rub on the paint as a friend used a tarp and it wore off the paintwork any body done this ???

I have a room and the time off approved. When I tried to get signed up for Rock Star parking it was already filled. It was a couple days after you guys signed up. I asked George to put me on the waiting list. Hopefully I will get moved up.

I just completed a trade and no longer have the MG. I traded my MG TD for a 1989 BMW Convertible 5 speed.
My MG’s top was getting torn apart by the wind where I live, and parking in the Texas sun on my asphalt apartment parking lot was not helping my paint as well. This was a fun car to own, excited for a new project though.

Yes, MG Magic would be my first suggestion for lights and grille. With the fenders, give repairing them a shot. Fiberglass is not that difficult to work with. I have redone mine several times over the years. While flat towing in the wet I jack knifed it and destroyed everything forward of the windshield. So 8 years have passed. We’ve moved. Twice. My wife and I have a total of 3 boys and are raising them on a farm.
