OK everyone I’ve routed a nice pre-dinner cruise for Thursday to Grandpa’s Love Shack (same place as last year’s Friday run). Gonna step off from the hotel about 4:30 and do about an hour loop ending at the restaurant. It’ll be a short trip back to the hotel unless you want to go back the way we came.

I saw the same video and contacted my VW mechanic. He said he just pulled some off of a 58 bug and they were still in good shape. He said to replace them about every 10years. Four bolts. 15-minute job. Check them, of course, yet it not that frequent of a replacement issue.
