I have 1 slat missing in my grill. Hopefully someone will have one I can buy so I don’t have to buy the full set. To remove the grill can I remove the 4 bolts, 2 showing in photo with line between, and that will let the complete grill come out?

I got the grill out, those 4 bolts did it. I replaced all the grill bars with golf club shafts. I know they are round and not like what was originally in the grill but a MG replica by it’s nature isn’t original. I think the round shafts look good and certainly a lot cheaper, cost was zero. See photos how I attached them. Talking about photos I am unable to insert a photo. When I try I lose everything I had there and only the inserted photo is all I end up with. I found out I can edit it and add 1 more with each edit. Is there any other way to do this?

Two BIG thumbs up for your outside the box thinking! 💡 💡 Your repairs are very nice and I doubt anyone could see the patch.I know I can’t.
It seems like 99% of the fixes for our cars is sort of “seat of the pants” type. Kind of ,”This just might WORK!” then it DOES! That’s why I keep a big pile of scrap metal around.
Another one for the TDr (re)engineering department!
