I have a 2 1/2 inch diameter flexible tube but I’m not sure how everything hooks up in the front of the heat box. The assembly instructions are as clear as mud and like they say a picture is worth a thousand words. So if someone would take two photos. One of the outlet from the front of the seat box and one top looking down photo with the seat cushion raised. Thanks folks.

Not a direct comparison, but in my Duchess, flexible duct is clamped to the heater boxes and simply enters the passenger compartment through holes in the fiberglass. Nothing holds it under the seats. It’s so stiff, all the support it requires comes from sitting in the holes.
I don’t have boxes under my seat. It’s all open at the front. The tubes run along the outer sides.
I read through the FiberFab assembly manual. It looks like you cut holes in the front of the seat boxes. And the tubes come into the body similar to my Duchess, and are long enough to reach the front of the seat boxes.
Not sure the Duchess layout will help much, but you can see the aluminum tubes at the outer sides, right side is outboard of the battery, left side just runs along the outer edge.

November 15, 2015 at 12:53 am #266231This should be like yours.I have a ledge along back of seat box, probably for seat, heat duct tube is on the door side (same as Paul’s).The hole for the tube is a flat area next to that ledge where it drops down and maybe ends there, seen where the carpet is separating. I didn’t pull the carpet up to actually see, only feel under it.And picture from in front of underside of seat. This set of pictures shows the heat duct tube from back of car (top left), and from below where blue shock absorber can be seen in both pictures.Lower left shows view from ahead of rear wheel, and lower right is looking up at heat duct entry into seat box.LRH2015-11-15 00:56:55

I figured I should go ahead and get the whole thing for the sake of others who might be looking for this.
Other side is the same, which is why I didn’t take pictures of that. -
