got my front end apart & I need to know which leaves do I take out. I got a poly kit for the entire car. from what I can see the front end bushings replace the bearings but mine are fine. so all I’m going to is replace the seals. the torsions springs appear to be unmolested from stock. so I need to know which one of those buggers do I pull out to give a good ride. I’ll post pics on my I’m ready thread as I make progress
June 5, 2013 at 11:08 pm #256336Hey crash…rather than start yet another thread about VW suspensions, read through this thread:
https://tdreplica.com/forums/topic/mgtd-kit-car-suspensin/And at the risk of sounding like a grumpy old admin…to everybody out there…
Please, PLEASE use Topics that actually relate to the subject you will be writing about. I’m not picking on you crash, just using this thread as an example.
A year from now, a newbie searching our forum won’t know what the heck “i need help” means.
Also, the most powerful tool here, besides the great members, is the Search function. We have a TON of accumulated knowledge. Search (seek) and ye shall find!
Our founder, FrankieD posted this when he created this site and forum. It’s worth a re-read:

Thanks all!

I might be a bit crazy, but I have this view that we are building something here that is and will be a vaulable resource for those that are new to the group and/or new to the hobby. Sometimes I get a little soap-boxy about that goal.Paul Mossberg
