NYT catches on to Forgotten Fiberglass this week with a profile of the “Glasspar Works” race car from 1953, now nicely re-done with a correct Duntov OHV -equipped Mercury (the Ardun in the name) under the hood.
Here she is leading Masten Gregory’s C-Type out of a turn:
To me, with that grill, she looks like a proto MGA.
