    Hi, well I am new to this forum and have a Migi on a 71 VW chassis. The kit was produced in 1980 and that is about when I built it. Later on there were some changes that allowed to carry a spare over the engine cover. I never saw one so equipped and was wondering how they did it. Can anyone give me a hint or some details?

    I’m back after replying …I started reading post..My car has a Real Spare tire on the back ..the engine cover and the spare come off together to get at the engine..I think I have pictures in the photo section…It’s just the type of cover that came with the KIT ..It’s a CMC kit
