    @willgwv

    Hey fellow Club members,
    I just got some things from MG Magic to spruce up Verdi’s appearance. I got the older style tail lights to replace the VW style. When I started looking at things, I see that the new lights have only one bulb while the VW lights have two. Any tips on rewiring? Anything to avoid? Just asking before I start tearing things apart.
    Thanks,
    Will

    These car to trailer converters might work.

    They are intended to adapt a trailer with one bulb for stop and turn signals to work with a car/truck with separate bulbs for stop and turn

    Thanks Paul great idea. I think that would be the best fix.

    I’m sure the electrically informed here would be able to tell you how to modify your car’s wiring.

    But if the converters work, why not take advantage of someone else’s technology?!

    Let us know how it works out!

    Paul’s suggestion is something that I never thought of and I’m pretty smart electrically.  I highly endorse the trailer light converter idea.
