    @bama_bike

    In 1987 my dad purchased a 1969 VW Beetle and a Fiber Fab conversion kit.  He did the frame mods to the Bug and bolted down the cab section of the MG in less than a year.  Since that time it has been sitting in the basement collecting dust.  Dad passed in 2009 and I just rescued the project from Mom’s basement.  It looks like none of the big parts have been lost.  There has been some degradation to some of the parts that come with time, dust and moisture, but overall this should be a fun build.  I’ll post some pictures as soon as I shrink them down to < 1.0 MB

    Welcome to you, Andrew. Lots of people on this board have built their own kits. They can help guide you to small pieces and fixes.
