This one appears to be metal judging by the mounting tabs where the paint is worn off by the bolts. It’s used, 15 bucks + 10

  I sent him a message asking if it was metal or not. If it is I will buy it and maybe look into getting it chromed.

The seller got back to me. Unfortunately, it is plastic. I will keep looking, but in the meantime if anyone sees one please let me know. Thanks!

What do you have on your engine now? It looks good in the pics, but I can see why you want chrome since you have chrome on the engine. Looks great. Is the only reason to change is for a chrome cover?

No I actually broke the one in the pictures so I am running without one for now. My dad seems to think I can just chrome a plastic one. I still want a metal one if possible though.
  In my experience my dad is always right, whether I agree or not. I guess the plastic one is lighter too so that’s a plus.
