I posted your dilemma on another forum. Its early yet, but the best response so far is to get it registered in another state with less strict requirements (Vermont or Maine?), then simply transfer it to MO.

I have the glasses. They are helpful for night driving. Don’t know where you’d put a visor on the TDr.

It might be worth the investment if the blonde seat heater came with. Maybe. They can be expensive in their own right.
