Trying to get a Vin # for my TD Chevette. I need to send pix of the numbers on my lights, OK, can do.
Need to have padded dash and visors,OK, can do. ( remove later)
Need to apply as a ” ’65 or earlier ” to pass emission standard. Has anyone encountered this ?

Just finished my Chevette TD build got a dealer plate while waiting for a VIN .So, driving it and WOW the spedo is way off by 20 mph , the oil pressure sometimes says 60 and then sticks on 80, not sure if the tac is accurate, water is at a constant 160. Anybody have these issues and if so, whats the answer …SMITH gauges?

Has anyone in N.Y. had to go through the registration process and had to acquire a vin #, wondering how long it takes. I would like to take my TD to Norwich end of May .

Thanks Ray, Rick called and knew right away that a blue block was a 79-80 . HE IS THE CHEVETTE MAN!!!!

I have a Chevette engine in my fiberfab TD and have the engine block number but I need to know the year and the size of the engine or CC in order to order parts can anyone help thank you Bob
