Can you explain to me how I would go about adding a second ground?

Thanks for all of the advice and input guys. I want to have it looked at by someone who knows all about it because It obviously needs work done to it and I don’t know a thing about the engine. Does anyone from PA know who or where I can take it to?

I just don’t understand why all of a sudden. If it is because I need a second ground, would it happen at a random time like this?

I’ve had the car about 10 years or more. It never had any issues until now. I took it out for a few rides in the past month and all of a sudden this is happening.
