Allen I used extra thick glue down pad (for commercial use carpet) in my TD and trucks . Cost about ten bucks at the carpet store for a remnat piece .

It looks like its been out in the weather a long time. paints faded , lot of debry in the engine compartment.
I’d beat the floor boards are rusted pretty bad.
$500-1000 on a good day -
