A hydraulic jack kit with jack stands and a creeper.  Now I can get under the car in comfort.  I niece, Heather O, also gave me a pair of black leather driving gloves.  I got other stuff but these were the car related goodies.

Hey guys!I lived in New Bern from 91 until 95, had a house in Trent Woods, on Steeplechase, with a nice two car garage but not high enough for a lift.  My son lived in Wilmington for a while, he did his undergrad at UNC there.  Would love to come back and join you guys… and put up that lift.

What Paul said, I’ve been with USAA since 1983 and wouldn’t change them for the world.  Like Paul I had to submit two pics, front 3/4 view and rear 3/4 view but I was able to do the application online.  Easy-peasy lemon squeezy.

Paul, you are absolutely right.  I checked the docs and, while they list USAA as the broker and American Collectors as the producer (whatever that means), the actual insurance is issued by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida.  Thanks for helping clear that up for me.

Hey Mark!  Between 71 and 81 I used to live in Anaheim, maybe 10 minutes from Disneyland.  Were you living in Orange County?  That photo also brought a lot of memories and smiles to me.
