About to finish painting my MG-TD fiberfab and am thinking about getting new tires. I know the stock 1969 bug sedan tire size is 165/80R 15 but I wonder if anyone has used a wider tire. Like a 205/65R 15 for better traction. Would this tire fit with the kit?

Fiberglass right rear fender for a Fiberfab MG-TD kit car using a VW bug based conversion. Unused and not painted so that you can properly match your present color. I don’t think there is another such Fiberfab fender out there. At least I could not find one. $500.

What year VW is used?

Mileage on VW and mileage since MG completed?

Any major modifications to kit? like a roll bar, structural stiffing to allow car to track better at highway speeds, front end crush up material???

Just got onboard the club. With John York’s help, we finished the MG-TD VW in 1999 which makes the car 20 yrs old in its current lifetime. Runs well and still turns heads.
