    Hi everyone,
I am going to pile on this topic.  Just had a nice weekend at the Woodward Dream Cruise in my London Roadster… until Sunday when I came across a young kid blowing through a red light.  Me and another car going through the green met him in the intersection.  Thank God that no one was hurt, and luckily the other car hit the red light runner first or my daughter and I may not have been here today.  All that said, the car is drivable and the front axle, wheels, etc seem in good shape… but the body needs some work.  Any idea where to find replacement fenders, grill, lights, and horn, short of finding a parts donating second TD?  I see on MG Magic that they have lights and maybe a grill that would work.

I just want to update everyone that I pulled the trigger and bought my Grandfather’s London Roadster.  What a blast to drive.  The kids love it.  Since it hadn’t been driven in some time I had to replace the battery and I have seemed to have sprung an oil leak, or two.  If anyone has a recommendation on a mechanic in the Detroit area I would appreciate it.  The car is going to need some TLC.

Thanks Stephen.  I think you may be right on with the London Roadster.

Here are the only pictures I have of my Grandfather’s replica.  It looks like other T-series, but I don’t know enough of the differences between the years and kits available.  Any help in identifying the background would be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Mike
