Rich : I took A look at the pics. and you are wright it was simple to correct it now gas goes in easy no splashing not only that the correct position of the tire is a safty thing the way it was the tire, in a rear collision would have hit me in the head OUCH!! lowering the tire in the correct way it is at 60% below  the rear frame not on top of it .
