AFTER checking with his mom or dad, you should have offered the kid a ride…or at least a photo behind the wheel. That would leave an impression he/she would never forget!

Yeah me too.  I get a bit pumped up by the people who gawk while driving.  But, it sometimes makes me nervous as they slowly creep into my lane.  

Pretty much the same as you, except for the dog. My wife usally sits as my passenger, and I’m the only one that says she cool.

 Well wet sanding takes time ,but 2000 grit leaves a nice base for a nice shine using Dupont polish . Dan

I like the subtle aged looked -patina with a little provenance thrown  in .  Gives our cars the nice vintage appeal.

Heading out  to do errands I often get  the flick of the headlights from admiring drivers and the occcasional wave with the yell “Nice car!”.

I love my patina – very authentic (old) looking, and it matters not how much I compound it or wax it, it still looks the same, So I am just laving it that way and wash it off every once in a while to preserve its’ look.

Ed, Do you still have the 2-wheels-in-the-air “Safety Fast” shot that I took last year?  I had it blown up to a 20×30 poster that hangs in my garage.  I’ve never had a photo that got so many comments (questions).

Experiment with some tire pressures and I think we can move him up in the standings.

After i  sanded the edges of mine I took a blow torch to the edges to put a clear finnish on them.
