I agree with your first guess. Trace all those grounds and make sure they are clean and tight.After that I would go after the power supply lines, from fuse box to each device, maybe something is tapped in after the fuse box.Those two will keep you busy for a while.

Any one have any idea how much space or traffic the site requires. I have alot of web space I pay for every year and use very little of it. If I have enough I would be happy to donate.
