I just installed a new plugin to try and cut down the SPAM accounts. It requires an administrator to approve new registrations rather than letting the registrant do it alone by email.
Please let me know if it causes problems.
I’m looking for a better solution.

ahh.. There are a bunch of links within posts that didn’t get fixed during the migration. I’ve got the beginnings of a a script to fix them, just haven’t had the time. It is on my list though. I’ll let you know when it gets done.

You can change your password. Click on your name and avatar at the top right of the screen, then click settings. Just put in your new password and save changes.
it does have to more “complex” than before, but you can change it from what it was set to.

Well, I listed it on Craigslist and WOW…..
Within 24 hours, 7 contacts, all scammers. Not one person interested at $5,500.
I did have one guy (high likelihood of a scammer) said $3k cash and not a penny more.

You can narrow the front track of a VW to make it look more like a real TD. I put one like this on my car:

Both Bug and Ghia convertibles have an additional metal channel-type reinforcement that bolts under the perimeter of the floorpan, underneath the doors.
