I am preparing to do the same thing.

I may keep my CMC windshield and modify it to fit the MG parts I have consisting of Cowl Brackets Moss PN 408-315 & 325 and Side Supports Moss PN 408-230 & 240.

My car came with a TD-like windscreen. It is very similar to an original but not quite the same size—slightly narrower, as I recall. I saw one on eBay just now 4500. Needs chrome but otherwise is ok.

it is about $600 to chrome one in Florida.

I saw another on eBay for $800 and probably could be used as-is but chrome would enhance its look
