Any body know anything about the PA turnpike EZ pass??? Is that something for locals or constant users or can anyone use it?

Merlin is still registered. But the last time he logged on was March 14 2011.

Carlisle 2 weeks going to be there by noon on Friday ,I was able to change my work assignment at my car club flea market.
