Sure,
If you look at the pic you can see a knob sticking out of the side of the headlamp. there is one on each side. That is actually a screw(like the finger tight kind) that threads into the headlamp and through a bracket attatched to the baskets. I think if any mods were made it was just drilling a screw hole into the sides of the headlamps. Hope this helps!
