I was going thru the photo gallery when I saw a name that I did not recognize ,”dgray ”. When I pulled up his pictures, his car ,which I think is Chevette based , appears to be green with purple shadows. If my guess is correct, it is one of those paint jobs that change color depending on the angle you look at it.If so , I think it is the first one in our group.Hope I’m not getting all excited only to be wrong again. Any way it is a good looking car. Welcome to the forum ,Darrell, sorry to be so slow finding out about your car.
We would love to see and hear more about it.

We hope to hear from you dgray. Open a new general discussion threead and introduce yourself! And stop by the registry thread (click the link in my signature) and add yourself to an ever growing list!
Looks to me like a green body with deep burgundy fenders & running boards.

September 17, 2010 at 6:48 pm #242258Larry I think that type of paint would look good on our cars with all the rounded lines it would change color at every angle I had A Mustang painted like that
at that time only Cobra’s could be painted that type of paint from Ford and hard to imposable to get on the out side. Dan
