Reluctantly for sale – Absolutely beautiful VW based Classic Motor Carriages TD
replica.
5200 miles on completely rebuilt 1972 1600cc motor. Started in the mid eighties,
set aside for 25 years, and then meticulously completed 2 years ago by an
engineer in Washington state. Now with current California registration.
New seats/upholstery added this year. Complete with excellent top and side
curtains, new Michelins, and all systems working. Always garaged and located in
Coarsegold, CA (30 miles above Fresno) in the Sierra foothills.
Discovered too late that my wife gets nervous(i.e.,frightened) riding ?with suicide
doors and that close to the ground?. Love the car, but love my wife more.
