    just pick it up yesterday was complete but sat for the last 8 years in a car port had to sweep my driveway after washing it

    I don’t have a manual I want to remove the gas tank don’t know were to start

     Welcome Russ, we do our best to help ,doing the tank is easy  first remove spare tire , second there is a hat like cover to remove  some are bolted from under the car5 bolts remove cover looking down  that is the top of the gas tank  four bolts at the front and at the back at this point you can remove it 2 ways slide and drop or remove the rear cover and lift out after sitting that long it is a good idea to clean the old gas out and clean the scale out of the tank it should be aluminum   You bought a good winter project car getting it all ready for spring and a lot of fun driving  ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Dan R

    Thanks for the info

    the guy I got the car from is looking for the manuals he has them

    somewhere once I get it running then it’s to the brake system
