December 22, 2015 at 1:10 pm #266629Welcome. It’s great to see we have another member in Michigan. I too have a Ford FiberFab TD that I finished about three years ago. A friend that owned a green Ford based TD in Sterling Heights passed away last year and I’m wondering if that is the one you now have. I live in Rochester and spend summers in Jackson so I hope we will get a chance meet in person when the weather turns nice again.

"If one thing matters, everything matters" - from the book The ShackDecember 22, 2015 at 8:32 pm #266632Also new here, recently acquired a ford based fiber fab kit that has never been assembled, making a few changes based on recommendations here and finding parts. Back in the day when these kits were built Pinto’s were plentiful, now they are a cult collector car and parts are hard to come by and getting expensive. Doing my best to piece things together.
Good group here, I lurk everyday but say little, you’ll enjoy.T. J.December 22, 2015 at 9:22 pm #266633Greetings from Western New York

Michigan is correct. I have changed my profile. Thanks!,April 27, 2016 at 3:19 pm #266635Welcome aboard! Mine is a Ford also. A 1986 English Ford Escort / Cortina. April 27 16 First of all if it’s hot like it is here in Phoenix Arizona you’ll have to adjust the choke on your carbeurator twice a year for summer and winter. And in order to grease the upper ball joints you have to take the wheel all the way off. Randy / Mr. Bebop 🙂
Randy in Chandler Arizona, great B-bopp'in teritory. I must have the only one in the country made by Rich Industries in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, on a 1986 Ford Cortina (english ford escort) It's a 1600cc straight four cylinder front engne, 4 speed, changed from right side driver to left side with several shafts and u-joints. BEBOP because I once had an MGB with license plate MG-BEPOP in Virginia.
