Valve cover for 2.3 Ford

Hi All

I’m in a mood to do a little more dress up in the engine bay.  Anyone have an after market valve cover for the 2.3 Ford?  Maybe die cast with fins, or a Ford motorsport aluminum?  There’s a nice finned one on Ebay but it’s for a 2.0.

Let me know if you run across one.

Ringo…Racer Walsh in Florida and Esslinger’s in California may have what you need. Racer Walsh is primarily road racing stuff and Esslinger builds circle track Midget engines (USAC, etc.) the 2.3L Ford Lima engine is one of the engines they have tons of parts for. I posted the link for the $135 Esslinger Aluminum Valve Cover.

Another possible source would be Ford Motorsports. I’ll keep my eyes open for a decent one at the April 17-19 Englishtown Raceway Park Spring 2009 Swap Meet too.
