Roy was here yesterday. He came up to his brother in laws here in PA. He said he got a call and his house was OK.
Jack, I was told, left New Bern and went to Wilmington. Frying pan to the fire. He never responded to my email.

Interesting problem and my money is on a voltage drop at the starter or solenoid switch. Bad ground or some hidden trouble in one of the big red wires.
Bridget’s been doing something similar: starts up every time in the garage, but if I park her of 20 minutes or a half hour she no turn over. An hour an a half it’s like in the garage: easy go.

The parking brake cable bracket that had somehow broken in the first crash in June at Pagoda. It was one of the few things that were welded in place at the factory. Jack, you lost me when you “pulled the start knob”. How do you have this thing set up?

Well, I spent the weekend pulling parts off the car and making repairs to the truck. I chained the truck to a tree and used a come-a-long to pull the vertical support in the rear corner of the bed straight again. using a floor jack on its side and some wood blocks I got the upper part of that post to straighten up. I removed and beat the hell out…[Read more]
