Check your clutch pedal.mine did the same as you discribed.after new clutch .pedal .throw out bearing and cable it turns out to be a cracked clutch pedal the was bent .replaced pedal worked great.

I put coil over on front and rear of my ff mgtd.it used to bottom out in rear and rub tires on front when I hit a bump.with coil overs it rides great feels great.I first tried air shocks.that wasn’t any help.but coil overs in front and rear did the job.I have run deals gap in NC 3 times and car felt great
