Roy that’s about how I felt about it.  It’s a shame body age has caught up with me, I’m still in my 20’s or 30’s in my head.  Someone got a great deal, I hope they follow through and do something with the molds.  They will more than get their money back on the parts.

Elvis impersonator (retired) was walking around at Carlisle.  I got a couple pictures but camera failed early in.  I’ll try to post what I got.

Dayton Ohio

Have you got a B to work with yet?  I just came across one last week for $1000.00.  Rebuilt motor runs and could be a daily driver.  Lots body rust in the rockers and, well everywhere.  It’s not advertised yet but I have the guys phone #, 

Roy, I thought I was suppose lock it and tie it secure.   It’s been a while since I towed something.   Which is best?Jack, sorry you can’t make it, family first though. 

Rain here in Ohio the next few days so I won’t get much drive time, or maybe I’m just anxious.  Tow bar attached, drive shaft disconnected, light bar on back, rain X on windshield and car mostly packed with tools, tent, tarp and just about anything else I think I might need  .  Still have to put top up and side curtains on.   

I’m bringing a pop up too just in case.   I usually bring it for shade anyway.   

Any body know anything about the PA turnpike EZ pass??? Is that something for locals or constant users or can anyone use it?

Welcome Rick, fortunately Ohio did away with the smog inspections.  Some politician made a bunch a money for a few years while in office, then all of a sudden we didn’t need it.  Things that make you go Huh.     

Mike, I have the same problem.  Only way I could get it to work is to go to my pictures file-copy with rt click and them paste it in the reply area.

Flip, I don’t have a shroud on mine but I do have a electric fan in front of the radiator along with the fan on the crank.   I tried a larger chrome flex fan at one time too, I didn’t like the extra noise.   I have a 190* thermostat in her and she runs about 200* according to the gauge.  She’s never overheated but I wish I had used a 160* now. …[Read more]
